We were approached by this gentleman on the 18th January 2019 when he made an enquiry through our website. Our advisor Greg then contacted him to discuss his life insurance needs and his pre-existing medical conditions. At this point he explained he has polycystic kidney disease (PKD) and is on medication; he also explained that he has never had any problems with it and it hasn’t affected any of his other organs. He also explained that he used to be a smoker and is currently using nicotine replacement products to quit; however due to the fact that he has not been smoke free for a year, and that he still uses nicotine replacement products, he would still be classed as a smoker. The client then went onto explain that he was looking for £30,000 PKD life insurance cover over a 30-year period. He explained that he was looking for a sum of money to leave behind for his family and felt that £30,000 would be a reasonable amount to ensure they had some financial protection in place. Our advisor did some research and applied to a couple of different providers to find the best cover for the client. Greg was able to get them £30,000 of cover over 30 years with one of our specialist providers for £45.35. This is a very reasonable premium for the gentleman considering his PKD which classes him as high-risk by providers, this premium is also increased by the fact that he is classed as a smoker. If he were to stop smoking and using nicotine products for a year, his premiums would potentially halve.

Overall the gentleman was pleased with the result as he now knows that he has peace of mind as if something was to happen to him, then his family would be protected. We were also very pleased with the outcome as it is a fantastic premium considering his medical condition and smoker status. We strive to get as many people the protection that they should be entitled to and want to help as many people get protection.

'Simply the best' This company is the top of the insurance business. I found it after having a bad experience with one of the biggest insurers.I thought I would struggle to get insurance. I filled in the enquiry section on there site, and waited for the reply. When it came I was very impressed with the manner in which the information was taken and the speed I got the quote, which was very reasonably priced.I would not hesitate to use this company again and would highly recommend them to family and friends. 4.9
